Payment Policies & Methods
Clear and convenient payment options
Payment Schedule
- Weekly Payments: Due every Monday for the current week
- Monthly Payments: Due by the 1st of each month for the current month
- Absence Policy: Full tuition is due regardless of absences, holidays, or closures
- Late Payments: Subject to late fees if received after due date

Common questions about our tuition and policies
Yes, tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Your child's spot is reserved regardless of attendance.
Yes, to secure your child's spot, we require the non-refundable registration fee plus a deposit equal to one week's tuition. The deposit will be applied to your child's first week of care.
Rates are subject to annual review and may increase to account for rising operational costs. We provide at least 30 days' notice before any rate changes take effect.
We require a 2 weeks written notice before withdrawing your child. Tuition is due during the notice period regardless of attendance.
We offer set part-time schedules (2 or 3 days per week) as shown in our rate cards. Custom schedules may be available depending on enrollment and capacity. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
